Paviljong Regatta

Hotel Courtyard Pavilion 

 

Paviljong Regatta is a conceptual design to transform the courtyard of a famous hotel designed by architect Lars Sonck in Hanko into a multipurpose space suitable for restaurants, seminars and musical events. The courtyard is covered by wooden arches and a roof made out of CLT elements. The roof is planted with grass, moss and wild flowers. The use of CLT elements shortens the construction time, makes possible a lightweight connection between the pavilion and the hotel building, and is ecologically sustainable.
